Beyond the Roadmap
Where product teams think together, not just ship separately.

Too often, product teams are so focused on execution that they rarely step back to talk about how product management is done—or whether it's working. Misaligned practices, inherited habits, and inconsistent approaches quietly drag down performance.
When everyone is “doing their own thing,” executives and other stakeholders are confused… and product management loses credibility as a professional organization.

Better alignment across products, faster learning, and a more cohesive product team.
Where product teams think together, not just ship separately.

Beyond the Roadmap is a one-hour, facilitated working session held monthly or quarterly. Each session blends peer discussion, practical examples, and light instruction around real product challenges. Participants share techniques they’re using, lessons learned, and questions they’re wrestling with—without status updates or performance theater. Over time, these sessions build trust, improve consistency, and turn a collection of individual contributors into a true product team.
For product professionals including product leaders, product managers, product marketing managers, product owners, and product ops.

What our clients are saying
We brought in the Beyond the Roadmap sessions because our team was all over the place. Everyone had a different take on what product management even was, and it showed—in our roadmap, in stakeholder meetings, and in how we made decisions.
These sessions gave us space to stop and actually talk about how we do the work. With an experienced facilitator guiding the discussions, we were able to surface what was working, what wasn’t, and—most importantly—why. It wasn’t theoretical. It was grounded in our own day-to-day.
Now, we’re not just aligned on our roadmap—we’re aligned on how we build it, how we prioritize, how we work with stakeholders. It’s made a real difference in how we operate as a product org.
