Steve Johnson is a product management author, coach, and advisor who helps product leaders build stronger teams and more effective product organizations. Over his career, he has trained more than 40,000 product professionals and worked with hundreds of companies to improve how they make product decisions and turn ideas into successful products.
Prior to founding Product Growth Leaders, Steve was Vice President at Pragmatic Institute, where he holds the distinction of Certified Product Master. He was also one of the original architects of the Quartz Product Model, a non-proprietary approach for managing products that is free to use and share.
In 2020, Steve was awarded one of only ten "51331" coins for contributing to the best practices of product management.
