Proposal

For Monique Nunez at Princess Cruise Lines

December 30, 2025

Product Growth Leaders offers product management training and coaching via a broad set of delivery methods. Our goal is to help you create a high-performing, world-class product definition and delivery team. With decades of experience, Product Growth Leaders has defined the methods and roles of product management for thousands of organizations.

YOUR SCENARIO

We have a process but I'm not sure we're following it

Without a living, breathing playbook that people actually use, the organization drifts into chaos—everyone thinks they’re aligned, but the work tells a very different story.

Team responsibilities are unclear

79% of organizations lack a clear definition of product management. The lack of clarity in the roles and responsibilities of product management and their collaboration partners is a leading cause of failed initiatives, inefficiencies, and overall chaos.

PROPOSED SOLUTION

Product Playbook Assessment

This engagement documents and refines your product management process into a practical playbook. It defines stages, roles, decision points, and expected outputs—without turning it into bureaucracy. The goal is alignment and clarity, not compliance theater.

INCLUDES

Leadership Interviews

Interviews with key leaders provide insight into current expectations of product teams and perceptions of the processes and team skills.

Process Assessment

Assess current practices for product management—from idea to market. Determine major documents, handoffs, and points of friction.

Process Recommendations

Guide process improvement with an understanding of the gaps between current capabilities and future organizational needs.

Playbook Starter Kit

Jump-start the path to a standard playbook with a starter kit of methods and templates. Adapt this playbook to create a version tailored to your organization.

Quartz Open Framework

A planning process centered around continuous learning to guide from idea to market.

Executive Briefing

Brief your leadership team on the engagement results and share your plan for the next steps. Together, we help your leadership team understand the impact product management can bring to your organization.

ADDITIONAL TOPICS

POTENTIAL NEXT STEPS

Roles and Responsibilities Alignment

Product teams are full of capable people stepping on each other’s toes. Product managers, product marketing managers, engineering leaders, designers, and stakeholders all believe they “own” the same decisions—and nobody owns the outcomes.

Quartz Fundamentals for Managing Products

Most product managers have never been trained in product management. They learn by imitation, tribal knowledge, or survival. As a result, execution varies wildly, debates focus on process instead of outcomes, and teams struggle to explain why they’re building what they’re building.

Personal One-on-One Coaching

You’re leading a product team with limited support. There’s no one to sanity-check decisions, pressure-test thinking, or help you talk through difficult product situations. Everything feels heavier than it should. It would be nice to discuss your challenges with someone who understands the chaos.

OUR APPROACH

Our applied learning programs follow the L E A P approach. In each session, we begin with a LESSON on the topic, EXTEND the understanding with a tool or template, APPLY the concept to your products and markets in a breakout session, and perform a PEER REVIEW of the final deliverable.
