I came to Product Growth Leaders with almost zero knowledge of what Product Management was or how it worked, even though my new job title was 'Product Operations Specialist.' I was thrilled to discover that this was where I belonged all along.

Steve and Rick were phenomenal in presenting information useful to me as a complete neophyte and others who had been in Product positions much longer. I immediately took things we were discussing and implemented them in my day-to-day process to improve communication and reduce friction between several departments that are having a difficult time with the transition to being product-led.

One of my biggest joys is taking complex systems and making them simple enough for anyone interested to understand. Steve and Rick are experts at this, and I would suggest both to anyone looking to improve the processes that drive your business.

I can honestly say that Steve and Rick helped me and my company to make better products in a better way, and I look forward to taking more classes with them in the future.
